**Job Title Programme Manager/Executive**
**Job Purpose **LOVE,NILS is seeking a Programme Manager/Executive for the Programme Dept to successfully coordinate programmes that provide psychosocial support to children with cancer and their families. This role will ensure positive programme impact and strong beneficiary engagement.

**Programme Logistics and Relationship Management**
- Lead programme implementation and manage all programme delivery logistics, including beneficiaries’ recruitment, enrollment and exit of programmes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery, including special events throughput the calendar year.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Utilise internal management systems to monitor and to collect programme operations, data and evaluate for quality, efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
**Communication**
- Create a sense of community by communicating with families in a sensitive, positive and supportive manner.
- Serve as an information resource to families interested in the charity’s programmes.
- Utilize CRM to collect and maintain beneficiary data and to facilitate communication directly with beneficiaries to promote programme offerings, answer inquiries, enroll and exit of programmes.
- Serve as an Ambassador for the charity, promoting and increasing awareness to the community.
- Participate actively in initiatives to promote programmes.
**Evaluation and Reports**
- Monitor and measure programme performance (KPIs) to optimise results against programme goals and adhere to approved budgets.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports and inputs into quarterly Board reports.
- Collect and implement programme impact data, including outputs, testimonials and surveys for data impact analysis, annual report and programme evaluation.
**Requirements Skills and Competencies: What are we looking for**:
- A passion to serve in the social sector
- Excellent and effective communications skills (both verbal and written) with strong interpersonal and good presentation skills when working with groups and individuals.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, target driven with data entry experience.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once and able to adapt to meet programme objectives.
- Team player with a positive attitude and collaborative spirit who is able to
effectively communicate with various levels of staff and stakeholders.
- Flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work.
**Others**:
- 2+ years equivalent experience in Programme Management or related field
- Previous experience working or volunteering in not-for-profit or social service agencies
- An adaptable, resourceful and resilient professional who possesses good decision making, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and families.
- Passion for helping others.
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
