**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for setting up and developing the SEA dealer channel in areas of service, spare parts & aftermarket process excellence.
- Lead numerous initiatives around training, e-commerce, logistics, spare parts consulting, telematics, digitalization and efficiency enhancement of SEA dealer network.
- Responsible for the compliance of the SEA dealers with Group standards and guidelines.
- Strategic planning, analysis and reporting on service and parts business metrics for SEA Region.
- Manage and develop a highly aligned team of Service Engineers and Parts Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
- Required to have more than 8 years of experience in related field.
- Customer/stakeholders oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis (75%).
- Proven track record to drive sales or/and develop new markets/customers.
