**We are looking for Civil & Structual Engineer for our upcoming projects in the EAST Singapore..**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and oversee whole projects to ensure smooth civil and structual project execution
- Prepared technical write-up including drawings,method of statementand other documents for tender submission
- To source and participate in tendering of projects
- Ensure all Structural work is carried out within established budgets and schedules;
- Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.
- Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.
- To coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers/clients/workers to execute contract works.
- Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
- Assist in monitoring, schedule and technical support
- Assist in handling administrative work,, site inspection and safety matter at site
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager and Director

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years working experience in related field is required.
- Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations as well as submission procedures.
- Well knowledge in CAD and other Civil Engineering software is necessary.
- Good project management and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork.
