Job Title: Accounts Executive, Financial Reporting (1 year Contract)
Location: Southwest/ Bouna Vista/ One North

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team on a 1 year contract basis. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for financial reporting and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as needed
- Participate in audits and provide support to auditors
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA/ ACCA or equivalent certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in SAP/ ERP (any) and accounting software will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
