We are looking for a creative and passionate **Preschool Malay Language Teacher **to join our team.

As a Preschool Malay Language Teacher, you are to create a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering meaningful relationships with them. You will support the holistic development of children by implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula.

In addition, you will build partnerships with parents and families, and actively engage in Centre initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community. As a reflective Early Childhood Educator, you will also participate in professional development and service quality improvement activities to better hone your skills as a Preschool Teacher.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement developmentally appropriate teaching, learning and caregiving activities aligned to the relevant curricula frameworks
- Execute the delivery of Malay Language lessons to children
- Engage children meaningfully in accordance with the curriculum and pedagogical frameworks
- Conduct learning needs assessment
- Document children's learning and development
- Provide caregiving to children in accordance with standards and procedures
- Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and learning between the home and the Centre

**Qualifications**
- Possess L1 / L2 Certification from ECDA
- Trained in DECCE-T / ACECCE with a minimum 1 year of related experience _(preferred but not mandatory) _
- Fresh DECCE-T or ACECCE graduates are welcomed to apply
- Excellent Malay language communication skills to engage and communicate with children and parents
- Possess a positive working attitude and have the drive to nurture early learners

**Salary**
- $2,700 and above

**Location**
- Pasir Ris
- Buangkok Crescent (Blk 979C)
- Yishun

**Working Hours**
- Rotating Shifts
- 5-day work week + 1 Saturday (half day) per month
- Week with a working Saturday: Monday to Friday - 7.5hrs, Saturday - 4.5hrs
- Week with non-working Saturday: Monday to Friday - 8 to 8.5hrs
- Centre operates from 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 7am to 2pm (Saturday)
