**Job role**:

- A Project QA/QC Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of a project by implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- He/She oversees audits and leads investigations into major quality deviations to determine their root causes.
- A Project QA/QC Manager usually stations at the project site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QAQC plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
- Ensure construction activities comply with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark requirements.
- Lead quality inspections, audits, and assessments across all trades.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor site activities to ensure proper execution of works and adherence to specifications.
- Review and approve material and method statements in accordance with project standards.
- Maintain documentation for inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Train and guide site teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare site for CONQUAS and QM assessments, including mock-up reviews and scoring strategy.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance quality performance.
- In charge of material testing, mock-ups, PMU and VMU for the façade.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in QAQC roles within the construction industry.
- Minimum of one project experience in a QAQC managerial role.
- Proven track record in handling BCA CONQUAS and QM assessments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Familiar with digital QAQC systems (e.g. Novade) and inspection workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possess knowledge of engineering related to foundation inspection.
- ISO 9001 internal auditor certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects.
- Familiar with BCA’s latest quality and safety initiatives.
- Certified QM/CONQUAS Personnel.
