Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all automation related activities of the product.
- Responsible for the Maintenance and Repair of production automated machines.
- Optimise automation parameters and meeting specific cycle time for existing and new products.
- To provide timely support to ensure efficiency of production machines & equipments are met.
- To work with respective department on product quality issues.
- Initiate containment plan and implement effective long term plan on quality related issues
- Attend to all daily quality and process related issues.
- Execute process validation for new and existing products with tooling and quality personnel.
- Continuous Improvement to enhance quality and productivity through automated processes
- Perform internal quality system audit.
- Train and assess production staff on processes and product where applicable.
- Attend routine production and quality meetings
- Execute engineering change notice from customer.
- Analyze quality data collected periodically and provide recommendation to management for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering-related discipline, preferably Mechatronics
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949, familiar with FMEAResults-oriented, meticulous and a self-motivated team player
