Finance Analyst, Business Partnering

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a problem-solving environment including, but not limited to, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, management consulting, or investment banking.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in analytics and advanced spreadsheet software.
- Familiarity with SQL and working with large volumes of complex data.
- Ability to take initiatives and work with ambiguity in an unstructured environment.
- Excellent people management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver a message with credibility to influence executive leadership.
- Excellent robust problem-solving skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

As a Finance Analyst, you will be looked upon to provide perspectives and recommendations on important strategic decisions, with a primary focus on publisher advertising business. You will be responsible for providing problem solving insights into short-term trading and driving long-term commercial insights and plans.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Global Partnerships (GP) organization and act as a key advisor to the leadership team on issues such as business performance, forecasting, risks/opportunities analysis, resource, and budget allocation. You should be comfortable developing data-driven insights and crafting a clear and concise story to influence executive-level audiences, leveraging your financial expertise, technical/quantitative skills, business acumen as well as strong communication ability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with leaders across Global Partnerships and Global Finance, finding solutions to challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Engage in in-depth analyses to provide the Global Partnership management with clear insights and recommendations into the business, product performance, market trends, risks and opportunities utilizing data-driven techniques and tools (e.g., R, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Support critical financial processes such as weekly business call, business forecasting, goal setting, and budget management.
