You are responsible for managing the generation processes with MINDEF Civil Resource (CR) and Essential Firms (EF) Ecosystem. On this, you oversee the registration of maritime CR asset requirements and identification of potential CR assets. You manage allocation of registered maritime CR assets to the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and Whole-of-Government (WOG) operational users. You also develop and maintain dashboards for requisition progress and CR/EF readiness. In addition, you manage the CR Operations IT Support to achieve seamless maritime CR generation. Your challenges lie in staying updated on data analytics and digitalisation trends, and being familiar with the language and terms used in these emerging fields to leverage and adopt them in your work effectively.

You must have tertiary qualification, preferably in Maritime Studies or Data Analytics. Prior knowledge in marine-related business is advantageous. Possession of good communication and writing skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
