Job Description & Requirements

・Based on the presented DFM, we design injection moulds in 3D CAD to meet the customer's requirements.

・Because our customers include automotive, medical, sensors, stationery, industrial equipment, cameras, printers and many more, flexible mold design is required according to the customer's field

・It is required that employees share information about their work.

・Learning how to operate the CAD systems we use.

・Learning about the specifications of our injection moulds.Create a DFM to the specifications required by the customer.

・The initial target is for one designer to design about two injection moulds per month, in addition to the work assigned by the company.

・Create and modify 3D data required by the company from 2D drawings.

・Visiting to a supplier in Singapore to instruct and check the assembly of molds.

・Preparation of general office paperwork and inputting information into the system

・Cross-checking of drawing data by employees.

・Order mold components from suppliers in Singapore based on the requirements of the group companies.

・Checking, packing, and shipping of parts completed by the supplier.

・Going to Batam factory of group company to witness molding test and suggest improvement.

・Self-manage design time considering the presented schedule for product completion.

・Perform flow analysis, prepare and submit documentation as requested by the company.

・Proposals are required to improve the quality of work and make it faster.

・Devise and implement an appropriate correction method for the error of the molded product.

・Helping to create long-term value for the company by introducing new technologies and businesses.
