RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your job is to lead the team that provides management/strategy consulting services to:
A) large Japanese enterprises in Japan, Australia, Singapore and ASEAN region, and

B) local & ASEAN regional start-ups or companies expanding their business into Japan market.
- Identify market penetration strategies and screen for potential investments
- Facilitate communication between Japanese corporates and ASEAN start-ups or companies - both Japanese companies investing/expanding into ASEAN and local start-ups/companies expanding into Japan market.
- Manage a whole project under the supervision of an engagement partner
- Train and supervise junior staffs

REQUIREMENTS:

- 8+ years of proven experiences in project management/account management and strategy development
- 5+ years of proven experience as a management/ strategy /M&A consultant
- A strong team player, resourceful and adaptable
- Comfortable with diverse and dynamic work environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven, hands-on, open-minded and detail-oriented
- Good at multi-tasking (able to manage several projects and prioritize actions)
- Strong technical knowledge - especially in AI and IoT area.
- Management/strategy consulting experience in Southeast Asia or Japan.
- In depth knowledge in at least two vertical industries - experiences in government organization’s future vision & strategies is a plus.
- Able to facilitate communications (written and oral) between Japanese customers from Japan and non-Japanese speaking partners in the region
- Able to articulate and explain the business practice gaps between Japan and outside Japan’s in both English and Japanese.
