**About this opportunity**

**In this role, you will**
- Key responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize education and training assets.
- Provide administrative support for education and training related events.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure event materials are generated in a timely manner.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to get assets approved.
- Support the review and streamlining of processes for efficient and effective coordination of projects.
- Additional responsibilities:

- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills.

Able to work without constant supervision, strong learning in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE_**
- Minimum a Diploma, major in administration and/or related professional is preferred.
- Experienced with at least five years’ working experience in a corporate environment
- Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented
