**The Company**

My client is a leading global EPC. With specialised business units handling specific industries and a wide array of technical capabilities, you will be joining one of the most successful business within the engineering services space as part of the senior leadership team globally.

**The Job**

You will be taking on the role of a Vice President, sitting amongst the top management team with a key role in ensuring commercial success and development of the business unit. The scope of the role includes:

- Oversee all commercial aspect of the business unit
- Ensure business stays best-in-class and up to all required industry standard
- Lead all bid & tender projects with various techniques, methodologies and requirements
- Lead all business development and account management activities through close collaboration and coordination between all relevant business units
- P&L, Risk or any financial assessments for involved projects
- Develop KPIs throughout evolving stages of bid & tender process
- Focal point and POC role for all tender-specific stakeholder
- Strategic project acquisition and after-sales relationship management
- Periodic financial forecasting and strategic inputs for adjustments
- Accountable for P&L of entire business unit
- Collaboration with industry stakeholders on ad-hoc basis (i.e seminars, conferences, trade shows)

**Requirements**:

- At least a Degree in any Business discipline or equivalent
- At least 15 years experience working on a similar capacity
- Experience working in a highly matrix environment is a must
