**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Requires to have good knowledge and engineering understanding on Installation, Maintainance, diagnoses, repairs, and testing a variety of equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high-pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, microprocessor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, etc.

2. To prepare and audit risk assessment for ensuring the duties performed by field technicians are in a safe, efficient, and effective manner according to Safety and Health requirements.

3. To prepare machinery and equipment preventive maintenance and inspections procedures.

4. Required to operate lifting devices, elevated perform such as Boom lift and scissor lift.

5. Communicating, arranging site visits, site meetings with relevant parties related to tender, quotation before submission.

6. Assists in preparing tender documents and quotation submissions before the due date.

7. Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and assignment manpower and materials for awarded projects and sales.

8. Preparing and replying to clients' queries on engineering and technical aspects related to the works carried out.

9. To propose and evaluate technical specifications for the equipment to be purchased.

10. To propose, set up, and evaluate the parts management system.

11. Assist in sourcing and purchasing parts via online or local suppliers and update the information to the MacoERP system.

12. Assist in monitoring consumable items movement, special tools required for project requirements.

13. Planning, updating, and maintaining training schedules, records and to meet ISO requirements.

14. To maintain, update and audit on ISO system and Bizsafe.
