WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Responsible for portfolio management activities of Private Equity portfolios of client mandate.

Source, assess, and recommend PE investments.

Monitor the performance and assist in the management of existing and new investments in the PE portfolios.

Analyse and report performance of investments to stakeholders, including Investment Committee and internal AIA clients.

Conduct due diligence and closing activities of PE investments. The position holder is expected to be involved in various aspects of the execution of PE & VC strategies including due diligence assessments of third party investment managers and products. He or she is expected to deliver accurate and efficient quantitative analyses and qualitative assessments, and be able to clearly articulate the methodologies and the results.

Manage portfolio activities of Private Equity portfolio, including assessment of new funds and co-investments, conducting due diligence and closing activities (60%). Monitor, analyse and report existing PE investments’ performances and developments; make recommendations on any investment decisions needed to preserve and/or enhance value of investments. (20%) Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned in order to meet operational and/or other requirements (20%)
