**What You'll Do**:

- Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adhere to accounting standards and company policies
- Ensure all financial activities comply with regulatory and statutory requirements, including preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain internal controls policies and procedures to uphold the integrity of financial data and safeguard company assets
- Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits, ensuring issues are promptly addressed
- Collaborate with operational teams to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Monitor budget performance, conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to align with financial goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation for Finance systems and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Spearhead special and / or cross functional projects

**What You'll Need**:

- At least a bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a relevant professional qualification (CA/CPA/CFA)
- At least 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience and proven track record in Financial Planning and Analysis role, with a mix of audit and MNC background
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managerial role handling team(s)
- Demonstrated success in business partnering and influencing decision-making at the executive leadership level
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications especially Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on team player and leader with positive mindset and who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to engage stakeholders of different levels
