IT Deployment

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and support IT infrastructure deployment projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Backup, and Cloud Security.
- Deliver L2/L3 support for incident and problem management, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.
- Manage technical escalations and work closely with vendors/principals for resolution both remotely and on-site.
- Assist in project coordination tasks including project scoping, tracking milestones, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned support tickets and follow through until full resolution.
- Maintain system documentation, deployment records, and internal knowledge base.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure project/service delivery is aligned with SLAs and customer expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT deployment and L2 support in enterprise or managed service provider (MSP) environments.
- Practical experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, M365 Defender, and cloud backup solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V/VMware, and authentication protocols.
- Exposure to basic project management tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder updates.
- Understanding of networking concepts, firewall operations, and recovery procedures.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, team player, and able to work independently when required.
- Certifications in Microsoft or related technologies are preferred or expected within the first 6-12 months.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
