Software development of customer use cases
- Work closely with the customers for customer success
- Solicit and understand customer requirements
- Setup the ingest of customer data
- Testing and improvement of customer use cases
- Configure our products to meet customer need
- Provide customer with technical support as needed
- Work closely with Singapore team

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Experienced in Python or other high-level languages
- Cybersecurity background is a plus but not required
- Some AI / Machine-learning background is a plus
