**Responsibilities**:
- Handling site operations and planning daily work schedules.
- Control of supervisors and foremen on site and delegation of works in order to achieve maximum productivity.
- Resource planning of site’s materials, machinery, equipment, fleet and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with clients' representatives on-site work matters.
- Assist Engineers in checking shop drawings from the Design Department or from the clients to eliminate any problems on site for construction.
- Troubleshoot problems on site in order to ensure any delays are minimized and additional costs reduced.
- Checking of works done by Supervisors, Foremen and the labour force to ensure that they are correct and of good quality.
- Organize teams of Supervisors, Foremen and labour to perform different tasks at different locations.
- Overall in charge of the welfare, training and discipline of all the workers.
- Ensure that the quality of work is maintained at a high standard.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings to educate and communicate with foreign labour on OSH, RA, SWP and other EMS issues.
**Pre-requisites**:
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful, diligent and good team player.
- Able to lead supervisors & workers to comply, fulfil projects requirements, meeting schedules.
- Expected to perform hands-on duties with acquired skills and knowledge.
- Able to read and understand electrical diagrams.
- Working irregular hours and night shifts is common.
