**Primary Objective(s) of Position**:

- Organize, staff, supervise and monitor the activities of the Warehouse Department
- Supervise and ensure the warehousing of parts and equipment remains efficient in designated HPL facilities
- Ensure a safe and productive working environment
- Maintain service performance requirements and take corrective action when required

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and stored in their respective designated areas.
- Maintain proper labelling and inventory checks for goods
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations for optimum operational efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements and expectations
- Train, supervise, and evaluate work performance of warehouse staffs
- Undertake special assignments and related duties as assigned by the management
- Ensure the warehouse department adheres to all process maps and standard operating procedures in every aspect of the operation
- Perform routine inventory stock counts as required by and agreed on by customers
- Lead the effort to ensure customer service excellence
- Fulfil any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

**Person Specifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in inventory warehousing operations including supervisory functions
- Ability to support internal and external process reviews and audits which includes customs, IRAS MES audits.
- Ability to provide effective leadership of a culturally diverse workgroup
- Good communication skills and a team player
