**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and engaging with customers in a warm and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our exquisite jewellery collections
- Providing tailored recommendations and advice to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces
- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store presentation
- Actively participating in sales training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
- Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for detail
- Passion for the jewellery industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (other languages an advantage)
