On behalf of one of its clients in the financial software industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a

**HR & Office Manager
The HR and Office Manager will be in charge of:

- **Human Resources (50%)**:

- Recruitment
- Publish & update job vacancy
- Review and shortlist incoming CV
- Coordination of functional and technical interviews
- Draft employment contract
- Manage work pass with agency when and if required
- Onboarding/offboarding:

- Most of the administrative duties will be done remotely however the person will be in charge of welcoming the new employee and managing local matters such as health insurance.
- Payroll:

- coordinate payroll information with provider
- review and confirm payroll details
- Initiate payroll payment
- Prepare bonus letter
- Taxation:

- work with provider on taxation matters
- Relocation: coordinate with local COO and Paris HR
- Employee relation: regular catch-up and update
- Willing to establish relationship with local university to hire young talents
- **Administration & office management (25%)**:

- Team expenses
- Leave Management
- Office supplies
- Vendor relation: offices, insurances
- Contract completion and signature
- Travel information/arrangement when needed
- **Finance (20%)**
- Accounts Payable
- Receive, check and record invoices
- Initiate and follow-up of payments with Tunis Accounting
- Accounts Receivable
- Follow-up of the invoicing milestones with Sales and PM
- Initiate invoicing with Tunis Accounting
- Update and follow-up of AR spreadsheet
- Forward invoice softcopy to client
- Monitor payment
- **Marketing (5%)**:

- Event / awards organization
- Material supplies
