**Responsibilities**
- Attend to clients’ enquiries
- Review details of risk upon receiving proposal
- Contact clients for information as and when required
- Prepare quotation for property and casualty classes
- Check risk accumulation to ensure that risk is acceptable
- Issue cover notes/ certificates of insurance
- Prepare instructions for issuance of policy
- Check policy / endorsement before sending document to clients
- Prepare summaries and claim statistics for renewal of policies
- Monitor renewal cases to ensure policies are renewed timely
- Assist in premium collection

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in any discipline
- Certificate in General Insurance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
