Singapore China CITIC Bank International Limited (SG Branch) Full time

**Job Purpose**:

- To administer, maintain and manage all IT systems located in SG Branch.
- To support and provide solutions to all staff on IT functions, systems and services outsourced to Head Office and/or third party vendors.
- To assist the Head of O&T in planning and managing the Business Continuity Management of the branch.
- To manage and supervise other IT staff on the day to day management of the branch IT infrastructure, cyber security, outsourcing and procurement work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain local servers, network, internet service, CCTV system, Access Card System and IT Telephony and recording system to predefined service levels.
- Provide support to the Disaster Recovery Site and coordinate with users for disaster recovery and BCP drill.
- Install PC/LAN hardware and software and assist users in resolving PC/Printer/Phone system by performing troubleshooting.
- Periodic review, evaluate and standardize networking and server platform including hardware/software
- Manage and oversee vendors and manage contract and maintenance renewals.
- Provide support in facility management.
- Conduct risk assessment and review to ensure compliance to Security guidelines to MAS TRM, CTS and Outsourcing arrangements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on regular audits and inspection of the bank’s IT infrastructure and cyber security systems.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in IT related discipline
- 15 years’ experience in networking / security, preferably with experience in PC/LAN implementation and support.
- Working experience in banking environment.
- Familiar with the administration of Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Familiar with network protocol such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
- Familiar with different system/network security tools including IDS/IPS, Anti-virus solution.
- Familiar with the latest networking monitoring and cyber security tools.
- Familiar with CISCO router, knowledge of CISCO networking and products is an advantage.
- Knowledge on wholesale banking business with experience on various platforms’ operation system.
- Well versed in regulatory requirements like MAS TRM, BCM and Outsourcing guidelines.
