
Lecturer in Fashion Marketing

**Job purpose**: To carry out research, teaching, and administration within the Fashion Marketing Department.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
1. Monitor and endeavor to maintain high student morale and motivation at all times.
2. Assist in maintaining general College discipline and the overall operational stability, integrity, and professional image of the College.
3 Monitor and enforce student attendance and punctuality.
4. Liaise with parents or employers if necessary.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
6. Maintain confidentiality in matters relating to individual students.
7. Assist with College promotional activities (Open House, Trade Shows, Education Fairs, etc.)
8. Be available to students outside normal class hours for questions and individual consultants for a reasonable period of time each week.
9. Be diligent in conducting classes.
10. Abide by the College’s Policies and Procedures.
11. To conduct a Marketing/ Branding Workshop.
**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in fashion Design, Fashion Management, Fashion Merchandising or any equivalent fields from a recognized academic institution.
2. More than 5 years’ industry experience with a creditable portfolio.
3.Preferably more than with 3-4 years lecturing experience in fashion Business, Fashion Buying, Fashion Communication, Fashion History, Fashion Merchandising & Marketing, Retail Management, Shape & Composition, Styles & Trends, or any relevant areas of study.
4.Creative with an ability to adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle students of different nationalities.
