- Are you a hands-on, dynamic Senior Consultant who likes to work on complex topics? Are you yearning for a new challenge and want to be in an ever changing environment?
- We are looking for exceptional Senior Consultants to join our internal Management Consultancy team. Within Group Internal Consulting, the Management Consulting Practice provides project management support and consulting services aimed at solving business challenges, while bringing more internal knowledge and experience to key strategic initiatives. This role will provide you the opportunity to build up your leadership skills, leverage your industry and operational knowledge, and also build relationships across various functions in the bank.
- We’re looking for someone to:
- Provide management consulting to senior management, including analysis and the definition of target state designs & operating models
- Project manage business initiatives in the areas of risk & regulatory, M&A, business change, and, business transformation
- Establish governance structures and drive topics with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Work effectively with cross functional teams and provide senior stakeholder management

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Management Consulting Practice of our Group Internal Consulting team in Hong Kong or Singapore, an international, dynamic and driven team of consulting professionals. Our team was established to deliver critical business projects with enhanced project management and execution capabilities.

**Your expertise**
- 10 years working experience with Financial Services clients
- Experienced professional with extensive (at least 4 years) management consulting experience
- Deep expertise in Project and Change Management
- Project experience in at least one of the following areas: Target Operating Model design, Risk or Regulatory initiatives and Business Change & Transformation
- Creative problem solver who can break down complex scenarios
- Strong communicator with exceptional soft skills who can work with all levels of seniority
- Comfortable to work both independently and as a team lead, and work in new domains
- Hands on, analytical and content focused team player
