A secret **bar** hidden within the Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, with more than 300 spirits finished in casks for the bar’s use. These find their way into a lively list of classics and classics-with-a-twist arranged by date, such as the ‘Reversed Gin & Tonic’. There's also a list of rare ‘Vintage Cocktails’ and a tapas selection available all night.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Ingredient preparation and packaging work.
- Wash dishes.
- Ensure that the kitchen meets hygiene and safety standards.
- Pass dishes from the kitchen to the front desk.

**Job Details**:

- Working days: 5-days alternate working system.
- 8pm - 3am (Including 1hr break)

**Job Requirements**:

- Prefer to have kitchen work experience and food hygiene certificate.
- No experience are also welcome.
- Serious work attitude.
- Able to do standing work for long hours.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
