Job Description
The identified adjunct faculty may be able to teach some or all of the following module(s) related to Engineering:
- Signals & Systems- Solid Mechanics- Digital Circuit Design- Engineering Materials and Structures- Electronics- Thermodynamics- Instrumentation and Data Acquisition- Mechatronics
- The list above is non-exhaustive._
**Qualifications**:
- Holds a master’s or doctoral degree in Engineering or related disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc.- Confident in engaging large groups of students- Professional experience in the aviation industry or teaching experience at a higher educational institution will be advantageous
Note: This is an adjunct position where the faculty will be engaged for a nine-week term in a classroom setting, based in Singapore. The faculty member will be required to teach up to six hours per week in class. Each term consists of eight weeks of teaching and one week of examination and grading. The adjunct faculty must be available to teach during the day on weekdays and/or weekends.
