**Your purpose**:As a Trade Consultant, you will guide local game stores to unlock their potential through expert insights and innovative strategies, elevating their operations and enhancing customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with a global team, sharing insights and experiences weekly.
- Oversee and nurture a diverse portfolio of retailers, building strong relationships and implementing Merchant Guild services.
- Conduct consultations and store evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
- Enhance the in-store experience.
- Drive market development with innovative marketing ideas and on-site initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences.
- Foster community relationships by sharing best practices and success stories.
- Analyze market data to inform strategies and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for retail development
- Proven ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and creative problem-solving.
- Strong commitment to supporting local businesses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and HubSpot
