**LOVE, NILS **is a Singapore-registered IPC charity; our mission is to provide high quality supportive programmes that provide meaningful psychosocial support to our beneficiaries - children with cancer and their families.

We are seeking a **Fundraising & Outreach Executive **to join our Fundraising & Development Department that spearheads fundraising campaigns, manages our volunteer community, secures sponsorships and all things business development for our organisation.

This is a highly collaborative role that focuses on the Donor & Volunteer Journey, working with a diversity of partners and community groups. Donor management and retention is key, while creating impactful events for our volunteers to engage with our beneficiaries. Effective assessment and being solutions driven is key to improving the events we offer.

Reports to: Fundraising & Development Director

Work arrangement: Hybrid (in office & work from home)

Compensation: Basic monthly + yearly performance bonus

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Fundraising - Donations, Sponsorships and Grants**
- Support supervisor to execute fundraising campaigns and events
- Set up online fundraising campaigns on giving.sg, give.asia etc.
- Maintain and update donations and donor records in a timely manner using our Donation Management System (Octopus 8) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore
- Manage donor relationships and outreach strategies to maximise donor retention and engagement
- Develop and create fundraising collateral materials

**Volunteer Management**
- Oversee and manage our network of schools, associations, clubs and community partners to support our programmes and fundraising activities
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for the charity to foster strong relationships with existing and new volunteers with effective management strategies
- Develop and support the implementation of relevant volunteer training programs to enhance volunteer capabilities and improve volunteer engagement and retention
- Manage school programs by engaging with the school groups, guiding their volunteer process, advising on activities and supervising engagement with beneficiaries
- Ensure that the programs and activities meet the performance indicators of LOVE, NILS and operating guidelines issued by MOH and MOE

**Evaluation and Reports**
- Monitor and measure performance (KPIs) to optimise results against programme goals and adhere to approved budgets
- Research and analyse what other similar social service agencies / charities are doing locally and internationally
- Collect campaign analytics and volunteer programme data - including feedback, testimonials and surveys — for impact analysis, annual report and programme evaluation
- Provide solutions to improve our strategies

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1+ year experience in fundraising, volunteer management, business development or related field
- Previous experience working or volunteering in non-profit or social service agencies a plus
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills with excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Resourceful, self-motivated and target driven with a keen sense of innovation
- Flexible to work occasional weekends and evenings (time off in lieu will be given)
