**The Company**

Our client is a European MNC and they are currently looking for a Tax Manager that has experience in transfer pricing and tax and is comfortable working in an MNC environment.

**The Role**

As the Tax Manager, you will be managing and preparing mandatory transfer pricing documentation and oversee maintaining the transfer pricing policy and to formulate defense strategies in the event of TP audits. You will also be required to identify and address potential tax implications on ad-hoc tax advisory and M&A projects, and to advise on tax audit strategies in various countries.

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accountancy and have at least 6 years of relevant experience in taxation. You should also be system savvy, independent, willing to learn and be hands on.
