Carried out day to day, Preventive and Corrective and Breakdown maintenance activities on Electrical systems and in assigned field, covering gas turbine Generators and controls, LV/HV motors and control circuits, Transformers, Vessels, Tanks, Valves and Piping’s, well head controls, distributed control system DCS, Programmable logic controls.

Determining priorities in conjunction with supervisor, identifies and orders required materials, spares and equipment, liaises with counterpart in maintenance and operations to release desired equipment and plant and executing work on site and or in workshop.

Ensures availability of adequate of consumable material and spares in local store and arranges for delivery from company’s general stores.

As assigned by support Engineer, Carry out shutdown preparation, data collection and condition monitoring duties. Implement and observes the company’s HSE policies and procedures. **Transformer**:
Erection, Commissioning, Testing, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HT & LT Transformers, Indoor type and Pole mounted type up to 1500 KVA Transformers, CT & PT using for measurement of current and voltage (ABB, Vijay Electricals, Lucy Electricals, FG Wilson companies).

**Generator**:
Erection, Commissioning, Testing, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Generators, Control Panels, Automatic changeover switch, Mechanical changeover switch and Interlocking system and AVR Alternators up to 1250 KVA (Cater Filler, Maundered Tech, Perkins, Kirloskar, FG Wilson Companies).

**Breaker**:
Erection, Commissioning, Testing, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HT & LT Breakers, MCB, OCB, ACB, MOCB, SF6, ELCB, HRC fuses (All type of Companies).

**Cable **;
Laying, Glanding and Termination of cables up to 400 sq. mm, MICC, PVC, XLPE, PILC.4C and Single core.

**Batteries**:
Erection, Commissioning, Maintenance of Batteries, Battery chargers and UPS up to 110V Control supply for HT & LT Substation panel boards,

**Motors**:
Erection, Commissioning, Testing, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HT & LT Motors, Starters DOL, Star & Delta, Auto Transformers Starter and VSD Motors of all types of Companies.

**Lighting **;
Erection, Commissioning, Testing, Maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of lighting’s, Tower light, Street Light, Industrial and Offices. Hazard’s area explosion proof light fittings S.V, M.V, Metal alloyed, Halogen, Emergency light fittings and lighting generators set.

**Production**:
Motors, Transformers, Generators, All types of Relays, Over Current Relay, Earth Fault Relay, Restricted Earth Fault Relay, Over Load Relay, Thermal over Current Relay & Commissioning, Testing with Injection Kit and working all types of relay manufacturing companies.

**Equipment’s**:
Using of Megger, AOV Meter, Cable route Locator, Fault Locator Burning Kit, Hi-Pot Test Kit, Primary & Secondary Injection Kit, Earth Megger, Phase Sequence Meter, Tacho Mater, Phasing Stick, Earth Stick, all types of Equipment used for IR value, PI test, Motor Winding resistance value, Measuring Voltage, Currents, Motor RPM, Relay test, Cable route, Cable fault, Cable burnout, Earth Resistance value, Phase rotation, HT cable & bus bars Hi-pot test works in hazardous area using intrinsically safe meters

**Zone Classification**:
