**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering (Environment/Health/Safety) or its equivalent
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and FSM with SCDF.
- Internal / Lead auditor in HSEQ Management System
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 years in managerial capacity in a Petrochemical/chemical or related process industry
- Good knowledge in HSE legal and Regulatory Affairs and Compliances in Singapore

**Activités**
- Ensure relevant H3SEQ legal compliance to Singapore governmental agencies.
- Coordinate with regional / global HSEQT/SD team to implement H3SEQ /SD Management programs/directives in Singapore.
- Furnish H3SEQ reporting regularly to management, group and governmental agencies respectively.
- Maintain & update H3SEQ policy and procedures under H3SEQ management systems: ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO9001. ISO50001 and IATF16949.
- Cultivate H3SEQ behavior and promote awareness to stakeholders.
- Review contractors / suppliers / vendors H3SEQ performance inclusive of Transport safety, vetting and follow up with continuous.
- improvement plans.
- To establish local mandatory and TotalEnergies Group H3SEQ training matrixes for all employees.
- Compile and review all H3SEQ reports and propose improvement plans for the management.
- Compile and review Energy Monitoring results with actions of CO2 Reduction.
- Compile and liaise with authorities on Waste Management Reporting
- Communicate with various departments on the disposition of non-conforming products, implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verification on their effectiveness via cross-functional support.
- Evaluate H3SEQ training and performance and develop appropriate improvement plans / corrective & preventive actions.
- Plan, lead and motivate in accomplishing the company's H3SEQ target and objectives.
- Lead in all incidents (accident, loss time, first aid, near-miss, deviation) investigation.
- Establish and implement Company Emergency Response Plan (CERT), Crisis Management Procedure (CMP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Organize effective promotional activities and events to enhance safety and health interest & awareness.
- Establish and implement Security Management Program on site and also to ensure security coordination, methods, studies and audits are establish to all stakeholders as reasonably practicable as per site requirement.
- Accomplishing the company's Societal target's in relation to societal projects and community site relations with stallholders and government agencies applicable to company business model.
- Develop and implement Innovation program.
- Plan and review SRM+
- Update the Transport Policy and conduct Transport Management Audit to the Suppliers
- Authority to stop delivery of non-conformance products.
- Implement Biodiversity program.
