Monitoring the progress of each project throughout its life cycle to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Developing a detailed plan for implementing the new system or process based on the needs identified in the business case
- Coordinating with IT teams to design and develop new systems or processes
- Conducting training sessions for employees on new procedures or programs to ensure that they are able to use them effectively
- Determining how to allocate resources within the organization to meet project goals and deadlines
- Design, construct and implement a Group-wide Integrated Management System (IMS) that rationalises and harmonises all internal processes across all departments, and integrates them into a seamless, interdependent system.
- Train all employees in the uses of and benefits of the IMS.
- Ensure 100% compliance across the Group, through evaluation and audit.
- Plan and prepare for upgrades of the system, as required by the Group’s growth
- Working with external vendors to design and develop new products and services
- Analyzing data to determine where improvements can be made to increase efficiency or effectiveness of processes
- Establishing communication plans to notify clients, partners, and other stakeholders about changes in processes or procedures
- Gathering market intelligence data on clients, competitors and suppliers, identifying trends, and driving commercial analysis

**Job Requirements**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
- Implement any changes sensitively and with mínimal disruption.
- Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organisation and present any findings.
- Where necessary, oversee SAP system and work closely with IT team.
- Experience in developing requirements and must be able to transform an idea/ strategy into execution thru project implementation.
- Strong business judgement and compliance with swift decision making
- A solid background in the functional areas such as Sales/ Customer Service/ Supply Chain Management/ Service/ Finance.
- Critical thinking and Analytical reasoning to rationalize a process through “obtain, interpret, and use knowledge, facts, and data”, while exercising logical thinking in analyzing issues and making proper decisions, to ultimately solve problems.
