Singapore AV INTELLIGENCE PTE. LTD. Full time

Main responsibilities:

- Meet clients with Sales Lead to enquire and understand clients’ needs and documenting key requirements
- Co-ordinate layout plan, visuals, time plan, quotes/prices/estimates to customers with correct pricing, and submit tenders for the project to clients
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
- Prepare costing reports for management’s approval and manage budget accordingly
- Work closely with project and operation teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done
- Being the key single contact between the company and clients, obtain client's feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work to kick off projects
- Work closely with Customers (and their architect, IDs, contractors) ; co-ordinate with internal staff - Ops, CAD & Design team etc
- Assign company approved contractors when needed; planning goods and services quantities and timing & negotiate rates of pay to manage margin / profit
- Constantly supervise, control and coordinate works according to Project Plans to ensure timeliness and high quality
- Monitor correct goods and services are delivered to project sites and correct billing is ensured when extra goods/services are rendered as per new request/agreement with clients
- Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings while work through Installation Team to ensure that work quality meets AV Intelligence standards and delivery is according to schedule and quote/ plan
- Work closely with Finance Department to solicit clients for payments as according to Contract and Invoice issue to ensure the smooth cash flow of the company
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
- Recognized qualification in interior design, architecture or equivalent
- Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
- Excellent project, presentation, leadership and people management skills with empathy
- Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Interest/knowledge in AV, WiFi equipment, technology
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
