Our client is a leading Brokerage and trading platform with focus on commodities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing end to end operational support to the Structured product lifecycle, this includes ensuring accurate trade booking, reconciliation of trade positions, trade sending confirmations, margin call resolution and making sure all the trades are accurately booked to meet the regulatory requirements.
- Report issues to the relevant departments and their team leads.
- Work closely with the relevant front office/ middle/ back-office teams.

**Role requirements**:

- At least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial services industries.
- Experience in product operations with preference for Structured products.
- Shall be a confident and effective team player with the ability to liaise with different units in a timely matter and to anticipate any future challenges and support the smooth operation of the product lifecycle.
- Experience in the MS Office suite (macros/VBA and Python is highly desirable)
