**About UrbanMatch**:
UrbanMatch is a matchmaking platform by Netflix sensation and celebrity matchmaker, Sima Taparia. Our mixers are all about helping South Asian singles connect in relaxed, fun environments—no pressure, just great company and good times.

**What You’ll Do**:
As the life of the mixer, you’ll be in charge of creating a welcoming vibe, encouraging everyone to mingle, and keeping the night flowing smoothly. You’re there to make sure each guest feels at ease and leaves with a smile and a few new friends (or more).
- Set the Scene: Make everyone feel like they’ve just walked into the friendliest night out ever—comfortable, exciting, and just the right amount of cosy.
- Lead Fun Icebreakers: Kick off the mixer with engaging activities like Speed Mingling, Mingle Bingo, or other fun games to get everyone talking and laughing.
- Encourage Mingling: Help single folks find their groove, spark connections, and make sure no one’s left hanging on the sidelines.
- Keep Things Moving: Keep an eye on the flow of the event, adjusting on the go to keep the energy up and guests engaged.
- Be the Friendly Face: Answer questions, ease first-date nerves, and ensure everyone’s having a fantastic time.
- Collect Event Feedback: Chat with guests to find out what they loved and what could make their experience even better.

**Who You Are**:

- Outgoing & Approachable: You love meeting new people and making everyone feel like they’re part of the group.
- Experience with Events (or Just Super Social): If you’ve hosted events, awesome—but being naturally sociable and friendly works, too
- Culturally In Tune: Familiar with South Asian culture and social dynamics? Great—you’ll totally get the Sima Aunty references.
- Clear Communicator: Able to keep the group engaged and easily guide them through activities.
- Adaptable: Ready to adjust and keep the night fun, even if plans change on the go.

**Compensation**:
We have a revenue sharing model structure. Further details can be shared during the interview/screening calls.
