$2600 to $3000 per month
Location : Woodland
5 days work per week
A) REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
B) OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
1. To call on allocated customers at specified frequency and ensure achievement of sales volume and distribution of products.
2. To perform sales co-ordination, order processing and other sales support function.
C) MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales
a. To secure customer orders by telephone.
b. To continually prospect and qualify new customers.
c. To conduct follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
d. To provide price quote to all new and existing accounts upon demand.
e. To ensure that all new customers are being entered into the company mailing lists for direct mail catalogues/update.
f. To conduct all business transaction in a manner that coincides with the high ethical standards that the company maintains.
g. To assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any product or service problems that may occur
h. To monitor and maximise own sales volume and distribution
2 Sales Report
To submit sales report as requested by superior
3 Debt Collection
To ensure that all debts are collected in accordance to the agreed payment term.
4 Promotional programmes
To jointly develop the promotional programmes with superior and execute the programmes to increase sales.
5. Sales Administration
Support For Company's products
a. Reception duties & to receive telephone request for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers and distributors.
b. To build and maintain rapport with customers
c. To retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of purchase orders and make changes on customer purchase orders.
d. To liaise with the warehouse personnel on the deliveries of goods to customers.
e. To mail out customers tax invoices and statement of accounts.
f. To update stock manually and ensure availability and adequacy of stocks.
g. To maintain the filing system for the sales department and ensure that all files are updated and documents are filed into the correct files. h. To provide clerical support to managing directors and sales manager
i. To perform any other adhoc duties.
6. To perform other duties as directed by superior.
D) QUALIFICATION
1. Education:
Min Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Engineering
2. Experience: 2-3 years of Admin & Sales experience
3. Competencies (Personal Characteristics): If any
