**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To work on visual development of the animation titles, including characters, props and locations.
- Delivery of detailed drawing of characters, props and locations for 3D production.
- To determine colour scheme and textural attributes for the characters, props and locations.
- Provide model sheets/2D turnarounds of the designs.
- To actively contribute to the development of works in progress.
- Prepare rough concept in 3D.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in conceptual design and illustration.
- At least a Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications.
- Must be able to multi task and handle multiple projects at the same time.

Sparky Animation is an Emmy nominated animation production and content development company, which is renowned for its capabilities in co-production, work-for-hire and creation and licensing of original Intellectual Properties.

Sparky’s core business is producing 3D animation for home videos, TV series, digital games, mobiles, Internet contents and movies for the World-wide markets. The research department also develops CG production tools and systems that facilitate their production pipelines.

Sparky Animation has collaborated with producers internationally and has invested, co-directed and co-produced several notable animation series including the highly acclaimed Dinosaur Train which is a co-production with The Jim Henson Company. Other co-productions include Ruff-Ruff, Tweet & Dave, Jack, Fleabag Monkeyface, One Stormy Night and Mr Moon.

Sparky Animation has also proven to be highly efficient and competent in delivering large scale outsourced animation projects such as Doc McStuffins, Motown Magic, Henry Hugglemonster, Freej, Siraj, Bill & Tony, Tobot V, Miraculous Ladybug, Mandoos, just to name a few.

Our shows, have also attained prestigious nominations and awards throughout the years.

“Dinosaur Train” is a 6 time Emmy nominated series that has consistently been ranked as one of the top preschool shows on PBS USA.

“Jack” was nominated for the 2012 G´emeaux Awards for “Best Animated Program or Series and “Best Animated Program or Series” for the 2013 Canadian Screen Awards. In 2013, “Jack” won a prestigious Award of Excellence for “Best Television Program, Animation Category”, at the 2013 Youth Media Alliance Gala.

“One Stormy Night” was nominated for the “Best 3D Animated Programme” award at the 2012 Asia Television Awards.

A service project, “Bill and Tony” won the "Best 3D Animated Programme/Series" award as well as the "Best Children's Animated Programme or Series" award at the Asian Academy Creative Awards in 2018.
