Freelance Coating

**Company Overview**:
We are a Singapore-based **marine and industrial paint manufacturer**located in **Tuas South**, with over 20 years of experience serving shipyards, offshore facilities, and industrial clients. As part of our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking experienced and detail-oriented freelance **Coating Inspectors**to support project-based work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Measure **wet and dry film thickness**using appropriate equipment
- Conduct **adhesion testing, holiday testing**, and other QA/QC checks as needed
- Document and report inspection results in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with clients, applicators, and supervisors to ensure work is completed to specification
- Support project documentation, including inspection reports, photos, and compliance certificates

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in **paint inspection or QA/QC**in the marine or industrial coatings industry
- Possess **NACE Level 1 or 2**, **FROSIO**, or equivalent certification is preferred
- Familiarity with international coating standards (e.g., SSPC, ISO, IMO PSPC)
- Independent, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with clients and site teams
- Willing to travel to project sites or shipyards within Singapore (some short-notice assignments may apply)

- Flexible working hours (depending on project schedule)

**Location**:

- Project sites mainly within **Singapore**, including Tuas, Jurong, and shipyard areas but may include Batam and Malaysia
