**MAIN PURPOSE**

You will support operational excellence, enhance, and monitor boutique and POS performance and deliver service excellence across all business channels in SEA, ensuring its adequation with Roger Dubuis’ guidelines.

Together with the management, you will be assisting, overseeing, and optimizing the operational aspects of Retail Boutiques, External Boutique and Retail Partners POS.

You will also work regularly and collaboratively with Retail Boutique team, Retail Specialist Manager and HQ team to enhance the communication efficiency and productivities of across all networks.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Boutiques Performance And Efficiency**
- Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, such as sales figures, traffic, and conversion rates
- Extraction and follow up of retail reports & dashboard
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance store efficiency and productivity
- Implementation & follow up the retail systems across the region (i.e., NUMBERS, The View, SPARK, CRM Dashboard etc)
- Manage monthly sales reports, providing support to Boutique team on sales data, insight of the market and up-to-date information of global projects
- Preparation of Regional monthly retail meeting
- **Commercial Operations Processes**
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient Boutique operations
- Monitor compliance guidelines
- Management of Boutique Tools (iPad, phone, gifts, cards ), uniforms, image standards and budget
- Manage Boutique projects, renovation, upgrade, and maintenance
- **Merchandising Management**
- Liaise with HQ on stock allocation request
- Process orders from Retail Partners
- Consolidate wish list from boutiques and Retail Partners
- Raise documents in SAP for stock transfers, return, and consignment requests
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery to customer
- Follow up on stock quality issue
- **CRM Support**
- Coordinate with CRM & Marketing team to implement action plan, including preparation of local events and consolidating needs for boutiques and POS
- Ensure appropriate stock level of gifts and tools in boutiques and POS
- Manage local market GWP policy and gifting
- **Omni-Channel Management & Development**
- Manage omni-channel platform & new projects (phone sales, Avatar CFS, Extend, Distance sales, ECOM )
- Analysis and reporting to regional management & HQ
- Communicate & train the Boutique team to ensure processes are well implemented
- **Reporting and Analysis**
- Validate retailers sell-out report against booster and upload of sell-out in system
- Preparation and submission of KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out and retailers’ stock holding report, forecast quarterly report

Preparation of product deliveries situation in monthly sales report
- **Administration**
- Place orders for office stationeries and boutiques’ pantry supplies
- File reports, sales orders and any other documentation
- Any other ad-hoc activities

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently
- Strong in data analytics and sales analysis

Proficient in SAP, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint will be an added advantage
