Vice President, IT Planning Team Leader

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform and manage complex and sensitive professional IT planning projects, research and analysis
- Promote Mid Term Business Plan and achievement of roadmaps and KPIs
- Create and Identify on measures for all ASO KPIs and Initiatives
- Manage IT-related meetings and committees
- Monitor the timing of submissions against schedule requirements
- Provides overall management of division-related planning issues
- Prepare department and regional monthly IT reporting & forecasting to head office
- Assist Management in coming out with reports and presentation material for Management meetings
- Assist Management in ad-hoc tasks, reporting and prepare presentation slides
- Coordinate closely with regional planning office, ASO branch planning department and Head Office IT Planning department
- Liaise with Tokyo Head Offices and support their initiatives
- Promotion talent management, engagement activities, and improvement activities across APAC
- Supervise a small team

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of working experience in IT Planning
- Experience in liaising with head office and various subsidiaries within APAC region
- Leadership and people management skills, in deploying and developing talent across the region
- Independent with good analytical and interpersonal skills, planning and monitoring abilities with a deep understanding of MUFG Group and the Bank, especially in Asia
- Responsible, proactive, fast learner, hands-on, able to work independently
- Experience in managing IT function matters, including IT strategy, IT solution, and deployment of new technologies
- Proven track record in a line manager role, with strong organizational skills and strong communication skills
