**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development**:Research and innovate new security products and services.
Analyze competitors' products and assess their functionalities.
- **Market Research**:Conduct comprehensive market studies on security systems in the ASEAN region.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with R&D teams from Japan HQ and China to develop new products.
- **Infrastructure Surveys**:Assess existing and future infrastructure (e.g., electrical and telecom networks) to ensure product compatibility.
- **Field Support**:Serve as a Field Technical Specialist, visiting clients to maintain and evaluate CCTV surveillance systems.
- **Certifications**:Assist in obtaining technical certifications for products across various countries.
- **Testing & Documentation**:Design and execute test plans for alarm, CCTV, and access control systems in compliance with industry standards.
Conduct thorough testing on system components (e.g., control panels, sensors, cameras) and document findings meticulously.
- **Vulnerability Assessment**:Simulate real-world scenarios to identify potential vulnerabilities in security systems.
- **Issue Resolution**:Analyze test results, troubleshoot malfunctions, and collaborate with manufacturers/distributors for system optimization.
- **Technical Support**:Provide internal technical support for security systems across the ASEAN region.
- **Emerging Technologies**:Research and analyze emerging security technologies and market trends to identify new product opportunities.
- **Standards Research**:Stay updated on industry standards (e.g., SS558, EN, IEC) relevant to the ASEAN market.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Basic IT proficiency.
- Skilled in technical documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to present information clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.

**Advantageous**:

- At least 2 years of experience in testing security systems (alarm, CCTV, access control).
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for security systems.
- Solid understanding of electronic security principles and system operations.
