**Responsibilities**
- Ensure facility and security documents are duly executed and in order for implementation
- Perform redemption of facilities for Private Banking facilities (including but not limited to Premium Financing, Lombard Loan)
- Manage the daily routine operations in an efficient manner, while delivering good quality services to internal and external customers (including but not limited to account opening process, new account set-up, provide general banking services including remittance, deals executions, complete client’s banking instructions, account maintenance, day-end order reconciliation, audit confirmation etc.)
- To review and approve investment related transactions in accordance to MAS regulations and internal guidance
- Ensure that operational processes while collaborating with front office in HK and SG, and other business units are in full compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements.
- Set-up new accounts in the system and custody of the account-opening file for regular post-acceptance review upon account approval by PB management
- Check and perform authorization relating to fixed deposits placement and maintenance.
- Check and perform authorization of account operation-related transactions in accordance to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
- Check and perform authorization of investment products and other PB products where applicable.
- Work closely with HO’s counterparts to ensure daily transaction are processed, settled and issues, if any are resolved accordingly.
- Perform facility & security documents supports for Private Banking facilities
- Lead &/or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and system testing
- Familiar with the end-to-end flow of wealth management product life cycle Perform any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years private banking experience in banking and credit documentation/administration.
- Working knowledge of Avaloq system is essential.
- Familiar with credit and security documentation and with knowledge in account opening and KYC procedures.
