- Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project specifications
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and other personnel involved in civil engineering projects
- Research and evaluate new technologies and materials for civil engineering projects

Degree in Civil Engineering or Building
- Good knowledge and experience in building-related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation, plumbing works, etc
- Experience in the construction of building projects including M&E facilities installation and maintenance regime is preferred
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have initiative and drive to resolve site issues to achieve project success
- Proficient in MS Work & Excel and drafting of letter
