**Job Objective**
IT Administrator will work closely with the Regional Manager IT and responsible for the first level support to the users.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Support Related**
- Provide daily (and weekend) end users support on all hardware & software related matters. (Microsoft Windows Client, Microsoft 365, Apple devices, printers, projectors).
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software for Singapore and across Asia.
- Resolving common desktop issue, network and telecommunication issues.
- Sourcing, procuring IT Hardware/ Software/ solutions and engaging equipment vendors
- Escalation to ISP providers for repair and remediation works.
- Train staff about potential uses of existing technology.
- IT setup and support for exhibition booth

**Administration Related**
- Incident calls administration for Asia.
- Maintaining system inventories and asset tagging.
- Administer and maintain server room
- Administer AD, File/ Print, Backup devices and tape library.
- Ensure that IT spending is consistent with the global directive and budgets.
- Renewal of maintenance contracts

**Projects Related**
- Work with the global and regional technology teams to ensure that the uptime of the technology infrastructure is maximized.
- IT Infrastructure office, warehouse setups and relocations
