Singapore TESCOM (SINGAPORE) SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TESTING PTE LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as trusted advisor on strategic accounts and faces to client middle and top management level.
- Implementation of subscription order management / customer engagement processes for Utilities, Professional Services, Public Sector, Hi-Tech, Telco Industries
- Conduct show & tell workshops to demonstrate e2e customer service processes which are triggers from SOM / Customer engagement / Convergent Charging / Convergent Invoicing
- Prepare business process design document, Functional specification configuration documents and test scripts as per the project requirement
- Design and configure the Interaction Center for various processes such as manage Master Data, Product, product bundle, AVC and Transactions for customer service processes
- Design and configuration of Interaction Center Web Client, Financial customer care, Customer fact sheet, Interaction records, Service request
- Support knowledge sharing initiatives and identify training needs for strategic areas
- Define and maintain consulting services definition & maintenance and service delivery to the customer
- Provide expert consulting services for customers and projects on SAP SOM/ Customer engagement solution / Convergent Charging / Convergent Invoicing

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years’ total experience with 3-4 years of experience in an lead SAP SOM/ Customer engagement/ Convergent Charging/ Convergent Invoicing / customer service consultant role
- Possess in depth knowledge in the cross-industry domain and experience working in utilities, telco, professional services industries
- Experience in implementation of S/4HANA for SAP SOM / Customer Engagement solution / Convergent Charging/ Convergent Invoicing for cross industry customers
- Hands on experience and deep knowledge of Customer Service processes, Subscription Order Management and Master Data model, Complex product, Product catalogue design and configuration, Advance Variant Configuration, Contract Management, Interaction Center Web Client, Financial customer care, Customer fact sheet.
- Deep understanding of SAP's S/4HANA SOM/CE/CC/CI solution and service offerings including packaged solutions
- Experience working with regulated/ de-regulated market environments
- Clear alignment and cooperation across Client and SAP teams.
- Experience in gathering requirements from Customers, Preparing the Business Process Design Document, configuring the system and preparing functional specifications and project relevant documentation.
