Sourcing and purchasing of technical spare parts and services to be delivered to our customers;
- Manage relationship and performance of vendors, negotiate the best commercial terms and implement the appropriate terms and conditions on the best of the interests for company;
- Ensure and report accurately, with the use of the ERP (SAP), execution of purchase, acknowledgement and delivery of goods and services in a timely manner and as per specified;
- Communicate and build up relationships with our vendors through the establishment of partnerships;
- Maintain, track and update the purchasing KPI,
- Working closely with the internal and external stakeholders;
- Identify key vendors company should be in partnership in order to develop further the company’s procurement business, and contribute to the implementation of partnerships and/or framework contracts.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Procurement and/or engineering diploma or degree;
- 5 years of Purchasing & global sourcing experience ideally within an engineering industry and/or context;
- Good with spare parts and services purchases and technical contract management
- Interpersonal, negotiation, communication (writing and verbal) skill is essential
- Possess technical knowledge of Marine Industry would be a strong advantage;
- Computer literate, good command of Microsoft Office, preferably with some knowledge of SAP;
