As a quantitative analyst at NovaLux, you form the backbone of the firm. You will handle a diverse array of tasks, from signal generation to model validation, improving strategies to risk reporting. Quantitative analysts at the firm work directly with experienced traders, and are heavily involved with the execution of trades and strategies.

We value diversity. While a degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred, we look for problem solving abilities and drive over academic qualifications. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You offer:

- Drive and a desire to win in a competitive industry
