**The Opportunity**
Work with global client, colleagues as well as new / existing vendors to design and enhance existing Benefit Platform. Conduct Request for Proposals (RFPs) to assess vendor capabilities and recommend new vendors to onboard Work with internal and external stakeholders to agree vendors to onboard and manage end-to-end onboarding process
Help manage existing platform including:
**Vendor Management**
- Work with Corp Controller team on vendor contract management on contract renewal, pricing table updates etc.
- Prepare monthly/weekly portfolio & vendor performance tracking
- Forecast platform vendor budgets and coordinate impacts with the Key Client
**Issue Management**
- Ongoing Operational Risk and Issue Resolution management
- Manage ongoing promo codes, program briefs and system updates
- Manage weekly issue register with the Client product team and vendors
- Support the Client on training concierge for the benefit bookings
**Invoice/Billing Management**
- Manage and check all vendor invoices on timely and accurate basis
- Ensure that expenses are within budget and forecast
- Liaise between the Client and vendor before payment is made to vendor
- Payment management including disbursements to Client individual markets
- Audit process with the Client involvement
- Prepare monthly/weekly portfolio & benefit utility tracking report to bill the Client
**Your Background**
- 4-6 years of experience in conducting RFP's
- Good communication skills
